
APSIPA U.S. Local Chapter will organize a panel discussion on “The Future of Computer Vision” at 7:00–8:30 am PDT, August 22, 2021
This panel brings together some of the world’s leading experts in Computer Vision (CV) to discuss “the Future of Computer Vision”. The panel is composed of academic and industry leaders from three continents (Asia, Europe and North America), who have made key contributions in various CV topics. The panel will discuss and debate on different future issues, including but are not limited to, the trend and impact of CV, the role of CV in combating social injustice, the impact of deep learning, emerging areas, and how to better prepare for a career in computer vision.
